Tvs Supply Chain Solutions Limited has informed the Exchange regarding a press release dated January 28, 2026, titled FIT 3PL Warehousing Private Limited ("FIT 3PL"), a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited, approved the execution of definitive agreements for the proposed acquisition of 100% of the paid-up share capital of Swamy & Sons 3PL Private Limited ("Target Entity") by way of a combination of primary and secondary acquisition of shares ("Proposed Transaction") on 28th January 2026.
