(the “Company”) (TSX Venture: TR)\n(OTCQB: TROUF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Zachary\nKotowych as Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Director\nof the Company, effective immediately. Mr. Kotowych has also been\nappointed as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee.\n \n\n\n\n Mr. Kotowych previously served in Corporate Development\nat Abitibi Metals Corp., a Quebec-focused exploration company\nadvancing the high-grade B26 Polymetallic Deposit and the Beschefer\nGold Project. With nearly a decade of experience across capital\nmarkets, technical exploration, and corporate strategy, he brings a\ndynamic combination of geological insight and financial expertise to\nhis new role.\n \n\n\n\n Prior to joining Abitibi, Mr. Kotowych held equity\nresearch roles with Haywood Securities and Red Cloud Securities, where\nhe covered mining equities. His technical background includes\nexploration work with Great Bear Resources, Carlisle Goldfields, and\nSolstice Gold.
