Following the approval of its first investor immigration petition by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service, Tritent Int’l Agriculture, Inc. has announced its pre-scheduled purchase and acquisition of its plant site in Cascade, Iowa.
According to Nathaniel K. Hsieh, President of the Company, the Closing of the property will take place on Monday, August 27, 2012, in Cascade, Iowa. The acquisition consists of ten full acres of prime industrial real estate within the Cascade Economic Development Corp. Subdivision. “With the strong financial backing of our company and its investors, we are able to purchase the land outright without any mortgages or indebtedness. ” Hsieh stated.
When inquired about progress in implementing the company’s business plan, Mr. Hsieh further explained, all natural gas, city water and electricity are already in place for the property. Contracts to purchase construction materials for one initial 20,000 square foot steel building and one 5,000square foot office building will be signed by the end of August, 2012. Planned construction will complete by the end of this year, in time for the arrival and installation of the company’s production equipment already purchased and to be purchased and finalized.
Mr. Hsieh states, “we are extremely proud and excited about this initial yet significant break through in our Company’s corporate development. We will work closely with the State of Iowa, the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the FDA in constructing the 5thor 6th infant formula plant in America.”
