Directors change announcement

Pursuant to the requirement of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and OTC market requirement, we hereby notify that one of our director--Miss Tam Yuk-Ching has resigned as a diretor of our company with immediate effect. 

This resignation is not a result of any disagreements with the Company.
