[{"type":"text","content":"Trailbreaker Expands Footprint of High-Grade Gold Structure at Atsutla Gold Project, BC\n(TheNewswire)\n\n\n \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nJanuary 8, 2026 – TheNewswire - Trailbreaker Resources Ltd.\n(TBK.V) (“Trailbreaker” or “the\nCompany”) is pleased to announce results from its 2025 exploration\nprogram at the Atsutla Gold project in northwestern British Columbia\n(BC). Detailed prospecting and mapping in the Highlands zone area has\nexpanded the known footprint of high-grade gold (Au) showings and led\nto discovery of new high-grade copper-gold-silver (Cu-Au-Ag) showings\non recently acquired claims.\n\n\nPrevious exploration at the Highlands zone led to\ndiscovery of a shallowly-dipping shear structure which hosts\nhigh-grade gold-bearing quartz veins, returning assays up to 630 g/t\nAu. During the 2025 program, the\nstructure’s continuity was explored on recently acquired\nclaims, expanding the Highlands zone\nstructural feature to a 1.0 km x 1.2 km area. A zone of high-grade\ncopper and silver, the Highlands North zone, was also discovered 1.1\nkm north of the high-grade gold showings.\n\n\nMineralization at the Highlands zone is related to a\nmuch larger system (Atsutla West), which includes the Christmas Creek\nand Snook zones. Combined, this area covers 5.0 km x 4.3 km.\nTrailbreaker’s team interprets the gold mineralization to be\norogenic in nature, with multiple gold ± silver\n± copper-bearing shear zones related to larger\nfaults occurring in the area.\n\n\n \n\n\nDaithi Mac Gearailt, CEO of\nTrailbreaker, commented, “The Highlands zone continues to exceed our expectations. To date\nwe have not defined its extent, and its footprint expands with each\ncampaign. It is important to remember that this is a new discovery,\nwhere high-grade gold and silver have been discovered at surface\nover multiple kilometers. It has never been drilled and is only one\npart of the story at the Atsutla Gold project.”\n\n\n    \n\n\n\n\nClick Image To View Full Size\n\n\nFigure 1: Gold\nmineralization in the Atsutla West project area.\n\n\nTrailbreaker’s 100%-owned Atsutla Gold project\nis located 70 km south of the Yukon-British\nColumbia border and 120 km northwest of the Village of Dease Lake, BC.\nThe project c...
