Director Appointment

Touchstar plc (AIM: TST), suppliers of mobile data computing solutions and managed services to a variety of industrial sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Natasha Rourke, currently the Group's financial controller, to the Board as the Chief Financial Officer  with immediate effect.

Natasha is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience, working in both practice and industry. She joined Touchstar in 2007 as the Company's financial controller.

Mark Hardy, Chief Financial Officer said: "I am delighted to welcome Natasha to the Board who began her career with Touchstar in 2007 as Touchstar's financial controller."

The following information is disclosed in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies in connection with the appointment of Natasha Marie Rourke (nee Goodson, aged 52, to the Board of the Company:

Natasha Rourke is beneficially interested in options over 40,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.

There are no other matters under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules to be disclosed.
