[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n 23 May 2022\n \n \n \n \n \n \n TMT INVESTMENTS PLC\n \n \n \n (\"TMT\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Result of Annual General Meeting and Director Appointment\n \n \n \n \n \n TMT Investments Plc (AIM: TMT.L), the venture capital company investing in high-growth technology companies,\n is pleased to announce that, at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.\n \n \n In addition, further to its announcement on 25 March 2022, the Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrea Nastaj to the Board as an\n independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Nastaj has been\n appointed a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees, succeeding Petr Lanin. The Board of TMT wishes to thank Mr Lanin for his contribution and hard work over more than 11 years to the Company's growth and development.\n \n \n Mr Nastaj is an experienced executive within the financial sector, having held senior positions at a number of financial institutions. He has, for the past decade, served as Head of Compliance for Capital Mill\n OÜ, the commercial real estate investor and manager. Prior to this, Mr Nastaj held the position of Vice-President at\n Banque Profil de Gestion, the independent bank whose primary services are private and investment banking. Banque Profil de Gestion merged with One Swiss Bank SA in June 2021 and is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange (SIX:ONE). Mr Nastaj has a Master's in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.\n \n \n \n \n \n Alexander Selegenev, Executive Director of TMT, commented:\n \n \n \n \n \n \"We are delighted to welcome Andrea onto the Board of directors at TMT.
