[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 9415G Titon Holdings PLC 09 November 2018 \n\n9 November 2018\nTiton Holdings plc\nResult of General Meeting\nTiton Holdings plc (\"Titon\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\"), is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting held earlier today, the Resolutions to approve the Move to AIM and give the Directors the authority to disapply pre-emption rights were duly passed.\nThe proxy voting results for the Resolutions were as follows:\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVotes cast in favour of the Resolution\n\n\nVotes cast against the Resolution\n\n\nVotes withheld\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNumber\n\n\nNumber\n\n\nNumber\n\n\n\n\nSPECIAL RESOLUTION\n\n\n\n\nTo approve the Move to AIM\n\n\n7,251,884\n\n\n124,968\n\n\n0\n\n\n\n\nDisapplication of pre-emption rights\n\n\n7,258,575\n\n\n124,084\n\n\n1,000\n\n\n\n \nIn accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2R, a copy of the Resolutions passed at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism where it will shortly be available at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.\nFollowing the passing of the Resolutions, the Group today expects to make an application to cancel the Company's admission to the Official List and to trading on the Main Market (\"Cancellation\") and seek admission to trading on AIM (\"Admission\").
