This change in role follows the executive Board appointments in the last year and completes the Board changes that commenced earlier this year. These have been designed to put in place a strong and experienced Board to focus on delivering the Group's strategy and financial performance, while ensuring that operational matters are managed at the level of the Group's main subsidiary.\n \n \n \n \n \n Alexandra French, CEO, commented:\n \n \n \"Keith has been Executive Chair of Titon for 10 years and following the board changes we have made, this is the right time for him to step back from an executive role.
