The second loan note issue is to raise funds to meet increasing demand for general business loans and property-backed loans from SMEs being originated through the recent establishment of the Loans division and the acquisition of Intelligent Financing Limited, trading as iLoans.\nThe Group is pleased to note that the second issue under the SLNP was oversubscribed.
