[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n 13 March 2023\n \n \n \n \n Taylor Wimpey plc\n \n \n \n \n Fire Safety Self Remediation Contract\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Taylor Wimpey plc (\"the company\") confirms that it has signed the Government's Self Remediation Contract, which makes legally binding the principles of the fire safety Pledge which the company voluntarily signed in April 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n It is our long held view that leaseholders should not have to pay for the cost of remediation and our priority has always been to ensure that customers in Taylor Wimpey buildings have a solution to cladding remediation.
