[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n \n31 July 2024\nTaylor Wimpey plc\nBoard Committee Change\n \nTaylor Wimpey plc announces that Scilla Grimble, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company and a current member of the Audit Committee, will be appointed as Chair of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 September 2024. Scilla will succeed Humphrey Singer, who has chaired the Audit Committee since February 2018 and is approaching nine years as a Non Executive Director of the Company.\n \nRobert Noel, Chair of the Board, said:\n \nI would like to express my and the Board's sincere thanks to Humphrey for his effective leadership of the Audit Committee for the past six years and the commitment and experience he brought to the role.
