A copy of each of the documents, has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available on its website at:\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism\n \n \n \n \n \n Printed copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2022 are available at our registered office: Gate House, Turnpike Road, High Wycombe, HP12 3NR and it is also available to download from our website at:\n \n \n \n \n \n www.taylorwimpey.co.uk/corporate/investors/2022-annual-report\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Upcoming Board changes\n \n \n \n \n \n \n On 16 December 2022 it was announced that Robert Noel would succeed Irene Dorner as Chair of the Board following the conclusion of the AGM on 27 April 2023.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following this change a number of additional Board changes have been agreed and in accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.11, we are pleased to announce the following changes which will take effect following the AGM:\n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n Irene Dorner will become a Non Executive Director and will stand down as a member of the Remuneration Committee.\n \n \n \n \n \n ·\n Humphrey Singer will succeed Robert as Senior Independent Director.
