Sylvania Platinum Limited announced the result of its Annual General Meeting, confirming the declaration of a final annual dividend of 2.0 pence per Ordinary Share, payable on December 5, 2025, to shareholders of record on October 1, 2025. The company also confirmed the reappointment of PriceWaterhouseCoopers Inc as auditors until the 2026 AGM.
