(Nasdaq: SWIM), the largest designer, manufacturer, and marketer of in-ground residential swimming pools in North America, Australia, and New Zealand, today announced that it has acquired Freedom Pools, a fiberglass pool manufacturer and installer operating in Australia and New Zealand. The transaction was completed on February 26, 2026. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to Latham’s earnings, adding approximately $20 million in net sales and approximately $4 million in adjusted EBITDA, on an annualized basis, before acquisition synergies. The purchase price was approximately $17 million, and the transaction was fully funded with cash on hand.
