SunOpta Announces Receipt of Final Court Approval and Competition Act Clearance Related to Proposed Acquisition by Refresco
MINNEAPOLIS, April 22, 2026--SunOpta Inc. ("SunOpta" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: STKL) (TSX: SOY), a North American supply chain solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has obtained final approval from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) of the proposed acquisition of the Company by an affiliate of Refresco Holding B.V. ("Refresco") for US$6.50 per share in cash (the "Arrangement").
