Correction: Strake Inc. Registers Rucksack™ Word and Figurative Mark with Germany’s DPMA

Boca Raton, Florida – August 27, 2025 – Strake Inc. (OTC Pink: SRKE) announced that Rucksack™—the Company’s new project with an app release planned for 2026—has been registered as a word and figurative trademark with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA).

“DPMA registration for Rucksack™ protects the brand in a primary launch market and gives partners the legal clarity they need as we build toward the 2026 app,” said Sven Kendziorra, Chief Executive Officer of Strake Inc. “It keeps us disciplined—locking down brand assets, completing validation and user testing, and meeting our next engineering gates.”

With the initial protection in place, Strake intends to expand trademark coverage to additional international jurisdictions aligned with product milestones.
