(\"Shore\") is pleased to announce that an\n NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report documenting the Feasibility Study\n (\"FS\") and updated Mineral Reserve for the Star - Orion South Diamond\n Project has been filed on SEDAR (www.sedar.com). This Technical Report has also been posted on the Shore website www.shoregold.com. The FS and updated Mineral Reserve were completed on the Star\n Kimberlite (100 percent Shore), and the Star West and the Orion South\n Kimberlites within the Fort a la Corne Joint Venture (FALC-JV: 66\n percent Shore and 34 percent Newmont Mining Corporation of Canada\n Limited (\"Newmont\")).\n\n\nShore oversaw the preparation of the FS, updated Mineral Reserve and\n related NI 43-101 compliant Technical Report for the Star - Orion South\n Diamond Project and, as such, the FS, updated Mineral Reserve and\n Technical Report are the sole responsibility of Shore. Newmont did not\n participate in the preparation, supervision or review of the work\n associated with this exercise and takes no responsibility for the\n content or information included in the NI 43-101 Technical Report or\n this press release.\n\n\nSenior Vice President Exploration and Development, George Read,\n Professional Geoscientist in the Provinces of Saskatchewan and British\n Columbia, is Shore's Qualified Person responsible for the verification\n and quality assurance of analytical results.
