The engagement is for an initial period of three months for a total fee of $20,400, with the first monthly payment of $6,800 commencing on or after TSXV acceptance.\n \n\n\n\n The Company may elect to continue the engagement monthly after the initial period for a fee of $6,800 per month.\n \n\n\n\n All fees and expenses will be paid from working capital.
