SOUTHPOINT BANK WELCOMES FRANK BATTLE AS EVP PRIVATE BANKING

BIRMINGHAM, AL (August 15, 2025) – SouthPoint Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Battle as Executive Vice President of Private Banking. With more than 36 years of experience in the financial services industry, Battle brings extensive expertise and leadership to the bank’s Private Banking division.

Battle most recently served as Managing Director of Private Banking at Cadence Bank, where he spent over 13 years. His career also includes key leadership roles at SouthTrust Bank and a previous tenure with SouthPoint Bank. In his new role, Battle will lead the Private Banking team, leveraging his deep industry knowledge to enhance SouthPoint’s offerings for high-net-worth clients.

Battle holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and is a lifelong resident of Birmingham, Alabama.
