Sirius Real Estate advises that, as at 27 February 2026, the Company's total issued share capital consisted of 1,588,665,840 Ordinary Shares of no par value. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,588,665,840.

The figure of 1,588,665,840 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
