These warrants originally would have expired on December 16, 2023, and have an exercise price of $0.25 per common share. The Board of Directors of Silver Wolf approved the extension of the term of these warrants and as such they will now expire on December 16, 2024.All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain unchanged.
