SEEEN plc (AIM: SEEN), the Smart Video technology business that optimises Key Video Moments to drive Video Commerce and transform its clients' video profitability, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement on 21 April 2026, it has completed the acquisition of Streaming Limited, trading as MEDIAL. The Acquisition is expected to be immediately earnings accretive and accelerates SEEEN's "go-to-market" plan for education and training by developing a joint product offering creates a unique competitive advantage.
