Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker
6 October 2025 - SDI Group plc, the buy and build group, focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment, industrial and scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited ("Stifel") as the Company's joint corporate broker with immediate effect.
Stifel will work alongside the Group's existing corporate broker and nominated advisor, Cavendish Capital Markets.
