Total Voting Rights

For the purposes of DTR5.6.1R of the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies the market of the following:

Sabre Insurance Group ("Sabre" or the "Company") today announces that as at 31 October 2025, the Company's issued and fully paid share capital consists of 246,600,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.001 each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share.

The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 246,600,000.

The above figure of 246,600,000 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
