Delay in publication of final results for the 15-month period to December 31 2023

Following the Company's previous announcement on 22 March 2024 stating that it had changed its year end to 31 December and that it intended to publish its audited results for the 15-month period ending 31 December 2023 ("FYE 2023") in June 2024, S-Ventures plc announces that the publication of the Group's consolidated audited results for FYE 2023 will be delayed due to a number of factors including auditors resources and various workstreams including stock takes and impairments following year end change.

 The Group had previously been assured by all parties that the audit would be completed by 30 June 2024. In recent discussions, however, it has been made clear that we would not be able to complete the audit by this date.

The Directors are currently in discussions with auditors to complete the audit of the Group's final results for the FYE 2023 as soon as possible and will update the Company's shareholders and the market regarding the timing of publication as soon as it is able. 

The board recognises that a temporary suspension of trading will occur until the audit is filed and released.
