[{"type":"text","content":"\n ATA Group PLC\n02 March 2006\n\n\nFollowing its announcement dated 30 January of the death of Clive Chapman, Chief\nExecutive, the Board of ATA Group Plc engaged in a continuing review of the\nimplications of his loss including current trading and board composition. This\nincludes a review of the options open to the Board to ensure continuing growth\nof the Company's businesses and further strategic development of the Group.\n\nThe announcement of 30 January has of itself led to a number of early stage\nproposals of varying structures from third parties, which are being reviewed by\nthe Board and its nominated adviser, Williams de Broe. All of these proposals\nwill be carefully considered by the Board with a view to maximising shareholder\nvalue. For the avoidance of doubt, there have been no proposals received in\nrespect of an offer for the Company.
