[{"type":"text","content":"\n ATA Group PLC\n06 January 2006\n\n\n\n\nRail Training Audit Services Limited ('RTAS')\n\n\nAs mentioned in the Chairman's statements in both the 2004 Report and Accounts\nand in the 2005 interim statement, the Network Rail contract for RTAS to supply\ncertification and audit services to the safety critical Rail Training market\nterminated on 30th December 2005.
