[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n RNS Number : 9656D\n RTC Group PLC\n 24 February 2020\n \n \n \n RTC Group plc\n (\"RTC\" or the \"Group\")\n Dividend Declaration\n As announced this morning in the publication of the Group's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2019 the Directors of RTC are proposing a final dividend for the year of 2.76p (2018: 2.55p) per share, subject to approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2020.
