Rotork plc ('Rotork' or 'Company'), the market-leading global provider of mission-critical intelligent flow control solutions, announces that Karin Meurk-Harvey has advised the Board that, due to personal commitments, she has decided to step down as a director of Rotork with effect from the conclusion of the Company's next AGM on 1 May 2026.  

Dorothy Thompson CBE, Chair of Rotork, said: "Since joining Rotork in September 2021, Karin has been a valuable member of the Board and has made a significant contribution. Karin leaves the Company with our sincere thanks and best wishes for the future."
