TORONTO, March 03, 2026--Roots Corporation ("Roots," or the "Company") (TSX: ROOT) announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has initiated a review of strategic alternatives ("Strategic Review") to identify opportunities to maximize value for all shareholders.
