OTC Markets Group Welcomes Newly Verified OTCQB Companies – May 27

OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX: OTCM), operator of Open, Transparent and Connected financial marketplaces, today announced the following companies are verified for trading on the OTCQB® Venture Marketplace:

Apolo Gold & Energy, Inc. (OTCQB: APLL) – Apolo Gold & Energy was incorporated in March 1997 under the laws of the State of Nevada as Apolo Gold Inc. for the purpose of financing and operating precious metals concessions.  In May 2005, the company amended its articles of incorporation to change the name of the company to Apolo Gold & Energy Inc.

Apolo is working toward expanding into a full-scale precious and industrial metal company.  As well, the company is currently reviewing opportunities producing oil and gas assets in the United States and Canada, and onshore exploration projects in the African basin.

Apolo intends to bring strategic investors and partners into the fold to fund the various opportunities.

Invisa, Inc. (OTCQB: INSA) – Invisa is a manufacturer and seller of vinyl coated fabrics products that have various high performance characteristics and capabilities and derives its revenue principally through its subsidiaries Uniroyal Engineered Products, LLC and Wardle Storeys Group, LTD.  The company's products are durable, stain resistant, easily processed, more cost-effective and better performing than traditional leather or fabric coverings.  Its products are frequently used in applications that require rigorous performance characteristics such as automotive and non-automotive transportation, certain indoor/outdoor furniture, commercial and hospitality seating, healthcare facilities and athletic equipment.  In the automotive industry the company's products are used primarily in seating, door panels, head and arm rests, security shades and trim components, including instrument panels, door casings, seating, gear lever and steering column gaiters, headliners and load space covers.  Other non-automotive applications products include outdoor seating for utility and sports vehicles, and sheeting used in medical, nuclear protection, personal protection, moisture barriers, pool liners, pram and nursery, movie screen and decorative surface applications.  The company's primary brands names include Naugahyde, BeautyGard, Flameblocker, Spirit Millennium, Ambla, Amblon, Velbex, Cirroflex, Plastolene and Vynide.  Invisa also manufactures and sells a line of safety sensors used in or with parking gates under the brand name SmartGate. 

NanoFlex Power Corporation (OTCQB: OPVS) – NanoFlex Power Corporation is engaged in the development, commercialization, and licensing of advanced configuration solar technologies which enable unique thin-film solar cell implementations with industry-leading efficiencies, light weight, flexibility, and low total system cost.  NanoFlex's sponsored research programs at Princeton University, University of Southern California and the University of Michigan have resulted in more than 780 issued or pending patents worldwide covering materials, architectures, and fabrication processes for organic and inorganic flexible, thin-film photovoltaic technologies.  Pursuant to its sponsored research agreements, NanoFlex has obtained the exclusive worldwide license and right to sublicense any and all intellectual property resulting from the company's sponsored research programs.  The company plans to work with industry partners to commercialize its technologies to target key applications where it believes they present compelling competitive advantages.  The technology is targeted at, but not limited to, certain broad applications that require high power conversion efficiency, flexibility, and light weight.  These applications include, but are not limited to: (a) mobile and field power generation, (b) building applied photovoltaics ("BAPV"), (c) building integrated photovoltaics ("BIPV"), (d) space vehicles and unmanned aerial vehicles ("UAVs"), (e) semi-transparent solar power generating windows or glazing, and (f) ultra-thin solar films or paints for automobiles or other consumer applications.  Laboratory feasibility prototypes have been developed by the engineering team at University of Michigan that successfully demonstrates key building block principles for these technology application areas. 

RBC Life Sciences, Inc. (OTCQB: RBCL) – RBC Life Sciences is principally engaged in the distribution of nutritional supplements and personal care products through network marketing. It is also engaged in the distribution of medical products to hospitals, nursing homes and home health care agencies. 

Sigma Labs, Inc. (OTCQB: SGLB) – Sigma Labs, through its wholly-owned subsidiary B6 Sigma, Inc., develops and engineers advanced, in-process, non-destructive quality inspection systems for metal-based additive manufacturing and also serves as an additive manufacturing contract manufacturer.
