On a GAAP basis, preliminary financial results for Qorvo’s fiscal 2026 second quarter are revenue of $1.1 billion, gross margin of 47.0%, and diluted earnings per share of $1.28. On a non-GAAP basis, preliminary financial results are gross margin of 49.7%, and diluted earnings per share of $2.22. The table below provides preliminary financial results for revenue, non-GAAP gross margin, and non-GAAP earnings per share, along with prior guidance.
