No\naction is required by existing shareholders of the Company with\nrespect to the name change and new trading symbol. Outstanding\nphysical certificates or direct registration system (DRS) statements\nrepresenting common shares of the Company do not need to be\nexchanged.\n \n\n\n\n The new ISIN for the Company’s common shares is\n \n\n CA7462441022\n \n\n and the CUSIP\nis\n \n\n 746244102\n \n\n .\n \n\n\n\n In addition, the Company has entered into a consulting\nagreement with Plutus Invest and Consulting GmbH (“\n \n\n Plutus\n \n\n ”), pursuant\nto which Plutus will provide the Company with marketing and\ncommunications services for a 12-month term. The marketing services\nprovided by Plutus will be in consulting with the Company's management\nin building investor awareness of the Company through Plutus's network\nin Europe. The Company has agreed to pay Plutus a consulting fee of\n€100,000, payable upon the commencement of services.
