[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n31 March 2025\n \nPri0r1ty Intelligence Group Plc\n(\"Pri0r1ty\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of Annual General Meeting\n \nPri0r1ty Intelligence Group Plc (AIM: PR1) is pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.\n \nResolution 2 was withdrawn ahead of the meeting as Mr Beardmore resigned as a director of the Company on 25 March and did not offer himself for re-election.\n \nResolution 5 was amended to include the re-appointment of Marcus Yeoman as a Director of the Company.
