The change in net income attributable to the Company's common stockholders was a result of:Total revenues were approximately $4.1 million for the three months ended March 31, 2025, compared to approximately $4.8 million for the same period in 2024. As of March 31, 2025, we had approximately $117.4 million in net real estate assets including 84 model homes, compared to approximately $135.3 million in net real estate assets including 88 model homes at March 31, 2024. The average number of model homes held during the three months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024 was 81 and 99, respectively.
