[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n30 April 2025\n \nCreightons plc\n(\"Creightons\" or the \"Company\")\n \nPromotion of CFO to the Board of Directors\n \nCreightons (LSE: CRL), the British based beauty and well-being brand owner and manufacturer, is pleased to announce the promotion of Mohammed Qadeer (known as Qadeer), the Company's Chief Financial Officer (CFO), to the Board of Directors, effective 1 May 2025.\n \nQadeer joined Creightons in October 2022 as Director of Finance, having previously served as Finance Director at a private manufacturing business for more than 2 years, prior to which he spent 6 years in practice at MHA MacIntyre Hudson. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 2017 and holds a BA Hons degree (2:1) in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham.\n \nPaul Forster, Non-Executive Chairman of Creightons, commented:\n \n''I am delighted to welcome Qadeer to the Board. As a key member of the executive team over the past two years he has proven he possesses the skills and attributes to succeed as our CFO.
