Patrick played a significant role in guiding the Company through its initial phase of development. Eddie Gibson, Non-Executive Director will replace Patrick as Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee and Prof Brendan Buckley, Non-Executive Director will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee.\nCathal Friel, Chairman of Poolbeg Pharma, commented: \"We would like to thank Patrick for his contribution since joining at the IPO, where his knowledge and experience of growing biopharma companies has been of considerable value.
