(TSX: RPG) (the "Company" or "Ram Power"), a renewable energy company focused on the development, production\n and sale of electricity from geothermal energy, is pleased to announce\n that it has priced its previously announced offering (the "Offering") of units (the "Units") being offered through a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark\n Securities Inc., and including Raymond James Ltd., Jacob Securities\n Inc., National Bank Financial Inc. and Wellington West Capital Markets\n Inc. (collectively, the "Underwriters"). The Offering will consist of approximately 127.2 million Units at a\n price of $0.55 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share of\n the Company (the "Common Shares") and one Common Share purchase warrant (the "Warrants"). Each Warrant will be exercisable for one Common Share for a period\n of 36 months from the completion of the Offering at a price of $0.72\n per Warrant, subject to earlier termination in the event that the 20\n trading day volume weighted average trading price of the Common Shares\n is equal to or greater than $1.08.
