(TSX:RPG) (the "Company" or "Ram Power"), a renewable energy company focused on the development, production\n and sale of electricity from geothermal energy, is pleased to announce\n that it has entered into an underwriting agreement (the "Underwriting Agreement") with a syndicate of underwriters led by Cormark Securities Inc., and\n including Raymond James Ltd., Jacob Securities Inc., National Bank\n Financial Inc. and Wellington West Capital Markets Inc. (collectively,\n the "Underwriters") in connection with the Company's previously announced offering (the "Offering") of 127,272,727 units (the "Units"). The Units are being offered at a price of $0.55 per Unit. Each Unit\n is comprised of one common share of the Company (each a "Common Share") and one common share purchase warrant (each a "Warrant").
