(\"Polaris Infrastructure\" or the \"Company\") (TSX:PIF) announced today the closing of its previously announced private placement offering of an aggregate principal amount of $25,000,000 7% senior unsecured convertible debentures (\"Convertible Debentures\"), including the exercise in full of the Agents' option to sell up to $5,000,000 of Convertible Debentures.  The transaction was co-led by Cormark Securities Inc. and Clarus Securities Inc. on behalf of a syndicate of agents (the \"Agents\") on behalf of the Company.\n\n \n \n\n \nThe Convertible Debentures and any common shares in the capital of the Company issuable upon conversion thereof, as applicable, will be subject to a statutory hold period lasting four months and one day following the closing date. \nAbout Polaris Infrastructure Polaris Infrastructure is a Toronto-based company engaged in the operation, acquisition and development of renewable energy projects in Latin America.
