(\"Ram\"). The common shares of Ram were acquired at a deemed price of $3.33 per share. The 8,591,192 common shares acquired by Impex represent approximately 5.9% of the outstanding common shares of Ram.After completion of the transaction described above, Impex owns 8,591,192 common shares of Ram and Treevil Holdings Inc. (\"Treevil\"), an affiliate of Impex, owns 6,283,943 common shares of Ram, representing an aggregate of approximately 10.2% of the outstanding common shares of Ram.Impex and Treevil hold the Ram common shares for investment purposes and, in accordance with applicable securities laws, they may increase or decrease its investment in Ram depending on market conditions and other relevant factors.\n\n\n\n","length":1101,"tagName":"div"}]
