(\"Pinnacle\" or the\n“Company\") is pleased to announce that it\nhas discovered previously unknown silver-lead-zinc (Ag-Pb-Zn)\nmineralization on the southern block of the high-grade El Potrero\ngold-silver project in Durango, Mexico.  The discovery was made\nduring the first few weeks of a mapping and prospecting program\ndesigned to follow up on shafts, adits and prospecting pits\ninterpreted from the airborne LiDAR survey recently completed over the\nproperty. \n\n\nAs announced on January 6,\n2026, the LiDAR survey was flown over\nthe entire 1,074 hectare property and confirmed known structural\ntrends, outlined previously unknown structures, and identified a total\nof 6 shafts, 64 adits and 51\nprospecting pits on the two claim blocks\ncomprising the project (Figure 1). Follow up field work began in early\nFebruary on the southern Maria Fernanda 2 (‘MF2’) claim block\n(Figure 2), where 3 shafts, 14 adits and 22 pits were interpreted\nacross the concession.  \n\n\nOn the first pass of follow up work, several outcrops\nwith silver-lead-zinc sulphides in silicified breccia veins hosted by\nporphyritic andesite were observed and sampled.  Individual assays up\nto 266 g/t silver, 4.39% lead and 2.89% zinc\n(see Table 1 below) were obtained from channel samples up to 0.9\nmetres in le...
