Prior to their appointments, Mike Watts and Jann Brown served as Co-Heads of Business Development in the Group since February 2017.\n \nMike Watts currently holds 363,093 SOCO shares, representing 0.109% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares). He was formerly the Deputy Chief Executive of Cairn Energy PLC and the Chief Executive of Holland Sea Search Holding NV. He also served as a Non-Executive Director of SOCO between August 2009 and January 2017.\n \nJann Brown currently holds 229,196 SOCO shares, representing 0.069% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares). She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of both John Wood Group PLC and of Troy Income and Growth Trust plc.
