RICHMOND, Va., December 18, 2025--Performance Food Group Company ("PFG" or the "Company") (NYSE: PFGC) today announced that, as part of a planned succession process, George Holm will transition to the role of Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, effective Jan. 1, 2026.
