The Company also announces that\n \n Jay Collins\n \n will be retiring from the board of directors in\n \n November 2024\n \n .\n \n\n\n James Bowzer\n \n joins Pason with over 35 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He has served as a director of Bonavista Energy, which was acquired by Tourmaline Oil in 2023, and Baytex Energy Corp.
