Paragon Banking Group PLC ("the Company"):

Voting Rights and Capital

The Company announces the following information in accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As at 28 February 2026, the Company's capital consists of 197,404,960 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company holds 7,093,066 ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 190,311,894.

The above figure (190,311,894) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
