("OneMove" or the\n"Company") (TSX-V: OM), a provider of a leading web-based real estate\ntransaction platform, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to\nintegrate econveyance(TM), its online conveyancing software application, with\nNuance Systems Ltd.'s ("Nuance") web-based real estate purchase, sale and\nlisting management software system, REALTYNuance(TM).\n\n\nBritish Columbia-based Canadian Real Estate Association members\n("REALTORS(R)") will soon be able to interact with econveyance through their\nREALTYNuance user interface. The integration of the two online solutions will\nenable REALTORS(R) to easily transfer pertinent real estate transaction\ndetails directly to econveyance to pre-populate the conveyance forms.\nREALTORS(R) will also receive email updates regarding the status of the\nconveyance documents.\n\n\n"With more than 1,200 lawyers and notaries already processing real estate\ntransactions through econveyance, we believe we can increase our monthly\ntransaction volume by extending our reach into the real estate agent market,"\nsaid Martin Johnson, President and CEO, OneMove. "There are more than 1,000\nREALTORS(R) across Western Canada currently using REALTYNuance. Having a\ndirect link between econveyance and REALTYNuance will drive more traffic to\nour web-based platform, especially as we draw closer to the 2010/2011 deadline\nfor electronic filing of land transfer documents in British Columbia."\n\n\nUpon completion of the software integration, REALTORS(R) will be able to\nforward deal sheet data and purchase and sale contracts from REALTYNuance\ndirectly to the econveyance platform to pre-populate the corresponding\nconveyance documents. REALTORS(R) will also be able to use REALTYNuance to\nautomatically invite the lawyers or notaries who are participating in the buy\nor sell transaction into the conveyance file, or to pick-up the active file\nelectronically from the econveyance platform.
