Prior to joining Alexander Holburn Beaudin & Lang, he spent eight\nyears as in-house counsel for the Toronto Dominion Bank, Pacific Region. Mr.\nKader is presently a member of a Legislative Task Force, which was created by\nthe Land Title and Survey Authority to consider amendments to the Land Title\nAct. He is also the appointed representative for the Canadian Bankers\nAssociation on the Land Title and Survey Authority Stakeholders' Advisory\nCommittee.\n\n\nOneMove has granted 250,000 options to Mr. Kader. Each option is\nexercisable to acquire one common share at a price of $0.10. The options\ngranted have been approved by the Board of Directors and are set to expire on\nSeptember 16, 2011.
