(TSX-V: OM), has delivered a\ntransaction management software system, the \"Move Management System\" (\"MMS\"),\nto its subsidiary One Move Limited (\"OneMove\") for the real estate market in\nEngland and Wales.\nRemoteLaw's award winning in-house development team has spent the last\n12 months customizing the MMS software for the UK market. OneMove's Personal\nMoving Consultant (\"PMC\") ensures that the home moving experience is faster,\nmore enjoyable and less stressful than currently experienced by the majority\nof consumers in the UK. In a poll conducted by the Office of the Deputy Prime\nMinister of England and Wales in July of 2005, 90% of consumers indicated that\nthey are frustrated with the current level of service they have received while\nbuying or selling real estate.\nMMS allows the PMC to track and monitor the transaction and automatically\ngenerate messages which are sent to the home buyers and sellers using a\nBlackberry(R) that is provided free by OneMove. The service providers involved\nin the transaction (lawyers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers) are\ntightly integrated into the MMS allowing them to record the steps in the\nprocess as they occur.
